You’ll want a phone that supports “accumulated delta range” and ideally Android 9 out of the box. Have you seen this table from Google (see 5th column)?

Apparently the Xiaomi Mi 9 does NOT support accumulated delta range, according to this post:

Unfortunately I haven’t tested these phones myself so I can’t make any personal recommendation.
